This project included a total of 10,972 s.f. in additions, as well as renovations to the existing 142,000 sf High/Middle School, with the cost totaling $30 million. The High School renovations and additions include the new kitchen, new cafeteria, and the innovation center. The innovation center will house; the maker space, media center, classrooms, and the film studio and audio spaces.
The Middle school additions and renovations will include the band and orchestra department, classroom spaces, and the administration offices. The building will receive new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm systems, with new technology throughout.

I was responsible for developing color schemes, developing floor patterns, flooring specifications, and furniture selections/layouts for the innovation center during the schematic and design development phases.
